Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support the automation, deployment, monitoring, and reliability of cloud-based applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, containers, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployments.

  • Manage and support cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments.

  • Work with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability.

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Monitor applications, infrastructure, and deployments and troubleshoot production issues.

  • Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and performance-management solutions.

  • Manage source-code repositories and branching strategies using Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

  • Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end software delivery.

  • Participate in incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

  • Follow DevSecOps and security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.

  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.

  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

  • Experience with Git and source-control management.

  • Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

  • Good understanding of networking, security, deployment, and troubleshooting concepts.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with AWS/Azure DevOps services.

  • Knowledge of Helm, Argo CD, or other GitOps tools.

  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or similar monitoring/logging platforms.

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud security.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are a plus.
