Business Development Manager – Fort Worth, TX
Field-Based | Hybrid Flexibility
Our client in Fort Worth is an industry leader in the staffing and recruiting field and they are looking to bring on a sales professional to the team.
This is a flagship territory with deep roots, strong brand recognition, and serious upside. They are looking for a seasoned sales professional to take ownership of a mature, high-visibility territory and drive both new business and account growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a hunter - farmer environment and values face-to-face client engagement.

  • Established territory with 30–40 active clients and hundreds of dormant accounts ready for re-engagement

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business, averaging 15 client touches a day (new clients or departments)
  • Grow and expand existing client relationships through high-touch account management
  • Re-activate dormant accounts and uncover new revenue streams
  • Spend time in the field with frequent client visits, on-site associate check-ins, and local networking events
  • Partner internally to generate referrals and cross-sell opportunities
What We’re Looking For
