Summary

Qualified candidates will participate in the Amphenol North American Military Group Sales Rotational and Training Program, a program that blends training, mentorship & hands-on experience to develop full cycle sales capabilities grounded in our Amphenolian spirit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth of Times Microwave products in the Mil/Aero market

  • Direct key account development and sales responsibility.

  • Develop and manage key program and sales opportunities in the territory

  • Coordinate with a team of other direct Business Dev. Managers, Program Managers, Applications Engineers, Customer Service, etc.

  • Generate customer quotations and proposals โ€“ working w/ Engineering, Programs and Finance teams as required

  • Collaborate with engineering on custom product solutions

  • Manage expectations between customers and the company on lead times, expedites, and availability

  • Provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on business management, sales, operations or engineering preferred

  • 1-3 years' experience in outside sales environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at both oral and written communications

  • Able to work in a fast pace, demanding environment supporting multiple business units and product lines

  • Highly accountable for performance in the territory

  • Located within the region to support sales activity

  • Travel expectations up to 40%
