Position Summary

Our client is seeking a talented Cabinet Designer to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for designing custom and semi-custom cabinetry using 2020 Design Software, assisting customers through the design process, and coordinating cabinet orders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cabinet design, sales, and customer service, with the ability to collaborate effectively with homeowners, builders, and design professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design custom and semi-custom cabinetry using 2020 Design Software.

  • Meet with customers in the showroom to discuss design options and product selections.

  • Occasionally visit job sites to gather information and support project planning.

  • Conduct design review meetings with customers.

  • Prepare cabinet specifications and place cabinet orders.

  • Assist customers with countertop, hardware, and finish selections.

  • Collaborate with homeowners, builders, contractors, and design firms throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of cabinet design experience or an Associate's degree in a design or construction-related field.
