Location: Ocala, FL
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $24.00 - 28.00 per hour

Position Overview

A growing financial services organization is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Specialist to identify business challenges and rapidly develop practical technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes, and enhance the experiences of employees, customers, and business partners.

This role is ideal for a technically curious problem-solver who enjoys building applications, automations, dashboards, integrations, and workflow solutions. Rather than focusing on a single technology stack, the successful candidate will leverage modern software development tools, artificial intelligence, automation platforms, and emerging technologies to solve real business problems quickly and effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development & Automation

  • Design, develop, and deploy internal applications, dashboards, workflow tools, and automation solutions.
  • Create intuitive user interfaces that simplify business processes and improve productivity.
  • Develop web-based tools, portals, and workflow enhancements that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
  • Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate ideas and accelerate implementation.
  • Support and enhance existing applications and business systems.

Data & Integration

  • Write and maintain SQL queries, reports, stored procedures, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Develop Python-based utilities, scripts, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Integrate internal and third-party systems through APIs, web services, and automation platforms.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations that provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
  • Improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and operational visibility.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage AI platforms and modern development tools to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, eliminate redundant work, and simplify operations.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical business applications.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Collaboration & Support
