About the role
The New Business Initiatives Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for strategic business initiatives that help drive growth across MyEyeDr. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, tracking timelines, and supporting communication between internal teams, vendors, and practice partners.

Working closely with department leadership, the Program Coordinator helps keep multiple initiatives organized and on schedule while ensuring a consistent and positive experience for stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Raleigh, NC office, with an in-office requirement of two days per week.

You Will

  • Coordinate administrative and operational activities for new business initiatives, including scheduling meetings, organizing project timelines, and tracking deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, implementation plans, reports, dashboards, and other program materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor project milestones and action items, following up with stakeholders to help keep initiatives on track.
  • Support onboarding activities, training coordination, vendor communications, equipment logistics, and other implementation tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, document action items, and distribute follow-up communications.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain operational and project data to support reporting and business decisions.
  • Develop and update training materials, standard operating procedures, and other program resources.
  • Respond to questions from internal partners, field teams, and vendors while coordinating communications and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of strategic initiatives and identify opportunities to improve processes and coordination.
  • Support additional projects and departmental priorities as business needs evolve.

About You

  • 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, project administration, operations support, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects or priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare, retail, or multi-site operations experience is preferred.
  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, initiative, and a customer-focused approach while supporting cross-functional teams.
