Job description

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Data Platforms organization, you support the delivery of self-service capabilities for platform users and bring solid delivery management experience with a background in big data technologies, cloud platforms, and user-centric product development.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of features from discovery through design, development, release - in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Focus on streamlining onboarding, resource management, and user interaction with data platforms such as Snowflake, Info1, AWS Data Lake and Cassandra across API, UI, and AI Agent channels.
  • Ensure release readiness including stakeholder alignment, documentation, adoption tracking, and post-release follow-through based on user feedback.
  • Maintain the product backlog for assigned capabilities, ensuring work is prioritized, well-refined, and clearly scoped to support predictable delivery.

  • Solicit requirements from stakeholders, translating them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering partners can readily act on.
  • Produce low-fidelity wireframes and workflow sketches to align stakeholders and engineering on requirements, reducing ambiguity and accelerating delivery.
  • Map and document end-to-end user journeys across API, UI, and AI Agent channels to ensure a cohesive experience.
  • Support product discovery efforts including user interviews, workflow observation, and feedback synthesis to inform delivery priorities and design decisions.
  • Advocate for user experience quality across all interfaces, contributing to shared design patterns and consistency across channels.
  • Measure and report on adoption and effectiveness, using data and user feedback to support iterative refinement and continuous product improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in product delivery or related roles with ownership of features from discovery through release.
  • Experience managing delivery across highly technical engineering teams, writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and supporting iterative delivery processes.
  • Ability to produce clear, low-fidelity wireframes or mockups. Familiarity with Figma, design systems, or shared component libraries.
  • Experience supporting discovery activities such as user interviews, stakeholder workshops, or feedback synthesis. Experience partnering with UX designers.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Familiarity with API-first design principles and agentic AI.
  • Foundational experience with Snowflake, AWS, Info1, or Data Lake technologies and Cassandra.
