Lead Order Operations and Data Integrity - Join PRC-Saltillo as an Order and Master Data Manager!

We are looking for an experienced Order and Master Data Manager to lead the team responsible for business partner data, pricing maintenance, and order management processes across our ERP and connected business systems. In this role, you'll work closely with teams across the organization to ensure accurate data, efficient order processing, and continuous improvement of critical business processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the accurate and timely setup and maintenance of business partner and pricing data within company systems.
  • Oversee the entry, maintenance, and processing of orders and quotes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead and support a team responsible for master data management, order entry, and customer order administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, improve, and implement business processes.
  • Approve Product Change Orders (PCOs), maintain pricing information, and participate in new product release activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotes, orders, and product returns.
  • Develop training materials, department procedures, and work instructions to support team effectiveness.
  • Manage hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and employee development within the department.
  • Monitor departmental objectives, maintain ISO compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.


Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
  • Minimum of two years of management experience or an equivalent combination of leadership or project management experience required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products required.
