The Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-oriented Retirement Analyst to support our Retirement Consulting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, creating meaningful reports, and helping consultants deliver valuable insights to clients.


In this role, you'll support retirement plan reporting, investment fund reviews, benchmarking studies, client presentations, and consultant projects. You'll help turn information into clear, practical insights that support strong client outcomes.


What You'll Be Doing


Retirement Plan Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare retirement plan reports with support from the Retirement Practice Lead.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze retirement plan data to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Assist with CAP governance reviews, reporting, and related client deliverables.


Benchmarking & Market Research

  • Conduct retirement plan benchmarking studies, including comparisons of plan design, fees, investment options, and market practices.
  • Research industry trends, investment markets, retirement plan developments, and legislative or regulatory updates.


Fund Reviews & Consultant Support

  • Analyze investment fund performance and prepare fund review materials.
  • Support consultants with client presentations, meeting preparation, and follow-up materials.
  • Complete ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.


Tools, Templates & Process Support

  • Maintain reporting templates, databases, benchmarking tools, and internal resources to support consistent, high-quality client work.

  • CEBS, RPA, CFA, CSC, or other relevant education or designation is considered an asset.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
