Job Summary:
Clayton Services is searching for an Associate Data Analyst to join a growing organization in Northwest Houston. The Associate Data Analyst will support reporting initiatives, analyze business data, develop dashboards, and help improve operational processes through data-driven insights and automation.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop, maintain, and enhance business dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making
โ€ข Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for process improvement
โ€ข Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership and departmental stakeholders
โ€ข Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries within relational database environments
โ€ข Assist with database maintenance, data structures, and reporting architecture to improve accessibility and efficiency
โ€ข Support data integration activities and automated data workflows across multiple business systems
โ€ข Identify manual processes that can be automated and implement solutions to improve accuracy and productivity
โ€ข Perform data validation, auditing, and quality control to ensure reporting integrity
โ€ข Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver meaningful analytical solutions
โ€ข Create documentation, training materials, and reporting guides for end users

โ€ข Exposure to ETL processes, data integration, or data warehousing concepts preferred
