  • Maintain exceptional follow-through on all client requests, conversations, and action items
  • Track outstanding tasks, deliverables, and commitments to completion

  • Present value-added recommendations that align with client goals and operational needs
  • Help clients understand how technology, services, and strategic initiatives support business outcomes
  • Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction
  • Advocate for the customer internally while balancing operational expectations

  • Monitor customer satisfaction trends, recurring issues, and operational concerns
  • Help ensure client environments, documentation, and communication standards remain organized and up to date
  • Escalate risks, concerns, or unresolved issues appropriately
Reporting & Strategic Alignment
  • Track account health, customer engagement, retention indicators, and service trends
  • Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and action-item recaps
  • Help drive customer retention, expansion opportunities, and long-term partnership growth
  • Participate in internal strategy meetings and customer planning discussions
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or MSP account coordination
  • Experience working within an MSP, technology services, SaaS, or IT environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professionalism with clients and internal teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, service-driven environments
Preferred Experience

  • Experience participating in client business reviews or strategic account meetings
  • Understanding of service delivery workflows and customer lifecycle management
