Job description

Join Chase Card Content and help deliver customer-first digital content across email and web. You will build polished, accessible experiences that bring our brands to life and support marketing priorities.

As a Senior Associate, Email & Web Producer in Card Content, you produce marketing emails and publish editorial web content that is visually compelling, accessible, and brand-aligned. You build email campaigns and templates using Stensul and Figma, and you produce articles and pages using Adobe Experience Manager. You partner closely with Content, Marketing, and Design teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences in a regulated environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and build customer marketing emails using Stensul and Figma.
  • Produce editorial articles and maintain marketing pages in Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Manage and publish text and visual assets across web and email channels.
  • Partner with Content, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure work is brand-aligned and accessible.
  • Support content refreshes, reviews, and testing for web and email communications.
  • Improve production processes and workflows to increase quality and speed.
  • Apply production best practices for accessibility and responsive design.
  • Provide quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for publishing.
  • Support additional production needs, including photo adjustments, light copy edits, and content cataloging.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in web content production or project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in email design, web design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience producing and publishing content in Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Proficiency with Stensul and Figma, or similar email and design platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills and knowledge of email best practices, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a controlled or regulated environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting financial products.
  • Familiarity with Chase card products.
