Job description

Coordinate the people, projects, and logistics behind world-class productions.

RUN Studios, in partnership with one of our leading corporate clients, is seeking a driven Associate Producer to join our team! This is your opportunity to be part of an amazingly diverse group of creatives working on a range of productions and events with a high impact at one of the largest production facilities on the West Coast.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week minimum onsite in Redmond, WA.

The Associate Producer is the main support for our team of producers, working closely with one of our corporate clients. In this flexible role, you'll help with producer tasks and provide backend support to the Production team.

We're looking for someone who is well-organized and good at handling multiple tasks. You should pay close attention to details, be creative, and be able to express yourself clearly. You'll enjoy being part of a fast-paced and hardworking production team in an important support role.

As an Associate Producer, You Will

  • Support Executive Solutions EP and client's Director of Productions in managing media production projects and events from intake through execution including production logistics, talent management, and communication.
  • Meet with project stakeholders to assess needs and support level.
  • Scope, schedule, and track simultaneous projects, monitoring project progress and proactively identifying risks.
  • Collaborate with Production Leads and Crewing Department to set crew assignments.
  • Generate, maintain, and share production documents such as call-sheets, schedules, production books, etc.
  • Track and approve invoices, expenses, and budgets.
  • Provide data and content intended for reports to company and client leadership.
  • Assist in coordinating post-production efforts between editing/design teams and client.
  • Lead select productions independently, with oversight aligned to project scope and complexity.
  • Provide overflow and backfill support for the Facility Production Coordinator, including cross-training on facility production workflows and assisting with coordination needs as volume or coverage requires.

In This Role, You Bring

  • 2-4 years experience in video production.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic camera, lighting, and audio knowledge or familiarity.
  • Basic knowledge of production and post-production workflows.
  • Virtual platform experience (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Excellent, clear, and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to prioritize urgent tasks.

Bonus If You Have

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related area preferred.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment/Fortune 10 company and brand.
  • Have a general understanding of the technical and creative video production workflows within a broadcast or studio facility environment.
  • Video editing experience.
  • AI skills/familiarity.

Compensation

Pay Range: $30.75 - $35.60 / hour

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.  

Benefits:

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
