Job Title:Global Process Analyst
Location:Dallas,TX
Duties: To draft/review operational policies relating to team/department, and apply best practices such as ITSM/ITIL concepts in the policies. To analyze and identify any gaps in operational processes.
Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services
Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels
Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
Identify issues and risks
Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
Participate in the problem resolution
Develop and maintain IT SharePoint, Confluence Atlassian for documentation and review.
Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes
Documentation of process and work flows
Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
Skills:
Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
Excellent development experience for custom plugin development using Java or Python
Experience with deployment of plugins.
Experience of working in Agile teams.
Design and implement new features in confluence for Project efficiency tracking.
Hands-on experience with the majority of the Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence.
JIRA/Confluence administration knowledge will be added advantage
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse
business processes and workflows
Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
Strong business/client engagement skills
Experience developing business requirements
Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and
presentations

BS Graduate from Compute Science Field is preferred
At least 3+ experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex
projects
Expert in Confluence, Atlassian, and SharePoint development and update.
High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visi0
ITIL/SIX Sigma Green Belt Mandatory
Agile/PMP certifications is a preferred but not mandatory.
