Job description

The Opportunity:

The Global Business Process Management Group is looking for a Business Process Associate to support business process improvements aligned with Global Business Private Group (PCG) goals. The Business Process Associate partners with Business Process Analyst, Program Managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to support project execution, documentation, testing, and process improvement initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to develop foundational business analysis and project management skills whole contributing to solutions that improve operational efficiency and the experience of both internal and external clients.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Support Business process Analysts and Program Managers in the execution of business process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to gather information, document requirements, and support project deliverables
  • Assist and maintain documentation processes, workflows, procedures, and project plans
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and post-production validation
  • Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation to support business and technology changes
  • Assist in researching business problems, gathering data, and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Participate in project meetings, document action items, and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Support change management activities, including communication, documentation, training, rollout preparation and conduct hypercare in production
  • Learn Agile and Scrum methodologies while supporting user story writing, refinement, backlog activities, and project delivery
  • Build knowledge of Global PCG business processes, systems, and operational workflows while progressively taking on additional responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
