The role will partner with theCapability Lead, BusinessPartner,orotherBusiness Analyst colleagues to supportthe development of cases,assistin business processdesign,and ensure that proposed solutionsmeet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs.The Business Analyst will be interacting and working with commercial colleagues and customers directly to support and influence solutions to meet businessneeds.

Education, Experience,Skills,and Capabilities

Essential:

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, including demonstrated work as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience ofusingcurrentbusiness analysis toolsandtechniques to design and deliver businesschange.
  • Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills includingstoryboarding,presentation andinfluencing skills
