Job Overview
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support intelligence operations by researching, analyzing, and producing intelligence products that help inform operational planning and strategic decision-making. You will work with information from multiple sources, identify trends and patterns, assess potential impacts, and provide timely intelligence support to government customers and stakeholders.

What You'll Do
  • Collect, review, evaluate, and analyze intelligence information from multiple sources
  • Research, develop, and produce intelligence reports, assessments, briefings, and analytical products
  • Identify trends, patterns, indicators, and potential impacts related to operational and strategic intelligence requirements
  • Support the collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence information
  • Maintain awareness of current and emerging intelligence issues, threats, and mission-related developments
  • Prepare written reports, technical summaries, and presentations for customers and stakeholders
  • Support intelligence planning, mission analysis, and operational activities
  • Ensure intelligence products are accurate, timely, and responsive to customer requirements
  • Coordinate with government personnel, analysts, and operational teams to support mission objectives
  • Maintain intelligence databases, records, and supporting documentation
  • Adhere to applicable policies, procedures, security requirements, and intelligence community standards
  • Participate in analytical reviews and quality assurance activities

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, National Security Studies, Political Science, International Relations, History, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; or Completion of formal Military or Department of Defense intelligence training; and
  • Seven (7) years of related intelligence experience with a qualifying bachelor's degree; or Eleven (11) years of related intelligence experience with formal Military or Department of Defense intelligence training
  • Knowledge of intelligence principles, processes, and analytical methodologies
  • Knowledge of intelligence collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination functions
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze information from multiple sources
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within complex datasets and intelligence information
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare reports, assessments, and briefings
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and analytical tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if required
