Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on Business Intelligence Analyst to rebuild and expand analytics support. This role is ideal for someone who can operate in ambiguity, identify and access the right data, and develop high-impact Power BI dashboards from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, KPIs, and reporting needs.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

Investigate data sources, validate data quality, and resolve access or documentation gaps.

Translate messy or undefined requirements into clear, actionable analytics solutions.

Document data logic, reporting definitions, and dashboard usage for long-term support.

Proactively recommend improvements to reporting processes, data visibility, and analytics practices.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or a related role.

Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.

Advanced SQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources or systems.

Ability to work independently with limited documentation and evolving requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating unclear or imperfect data environments.

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Preferred Experience

Experience in greenfield dashboard development or analytics transformation environments.

Familiarity with ETL concepts, data warehousing, or data governance best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.

This is a highly visible opportunity to shape analytics capability, build dashboards from scratch, and become a trusted data partner to the business.

This is a full time role and Teleion offers full benefits, PTO, holiday, 401(k). See how other employees have reviewed us on Glassdoor.
