With a focus on respiratory and sleep health sectors, we offer a comprehensive range of products and services across acute care, non-acute care, and home medical equipment. By integrating manufacturing and distribution, React Health addresses the needs of both undiagnosed individuals and those requiring therapy after diagnosis, particularly within the sleep and respiratory care sectors.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting data-informed decision-making across our organization. This position will encompass both analytical and development responsibilities: gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business operations data to generate actionable insights, while also designing and maintaining the data infrastructure, pipelines, and BI solutions that enable reporting and analytics at scale.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with business intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and proficiency in SQL including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and familiarity with data warehouse concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or similar).
Preferred Education
  • Master’s degree in related field

  • Development of visually appealing dashboards and data visualizations using industry-standard tools to present key business metrics and insights.

  • Support the design and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor performance across various business functions, such as sales, finance, and operations.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple source systems.
  • Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines to ensure reliable, timely, and accurate data delivery from source systems to the data warehouse or reporting layer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and assist in translating them into meaningful data insights and visualization solutions.
  • Support documentation efforts by capturing methodologies, data sources, and key findings to establish a comprehensive knowledge base for business intelligence.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders to enhance their understanding of data insights and contribute to fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence. Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met.
