Responsibilities
  • Engage in business development and prospecting activities (e.g., emails, networking, warm-calling, relationship-building, LinkedIn, etc.) to secure new business meetings.
  • Coordinate and accompany clients to property sites for tours to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
  • Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representation assignments.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on producing and enhancing building marketing materials.
  • Provide tenants and landlords with key information on leasing availability and current market conditions.
  • Develop Request for Proposals (RFPs) and synthesize the data to prepare summary reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations for current clients and new business pitches.
  • Develop and grow knowledge of local market, submarket, tenants, landlords, property, recent transactions, property values, and trends and news in the real estate industry.
  • Participate in industry events, open houses and client functions.
  • Update and maintain Contact Relationship Management database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.

Qualifications
  • College degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Real Estate broker license (or willingness to attain)
  • Client service oriented mindset
  • Experience working in a team-based setting
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively present information to colleagues and clients
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
