WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:
As our Customer Service Associate, you'll handle incoming calls, schedule HVAC and plumbing service requests, and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system. Your role includes outbound calls for maintenance appointments, managing leads, collecting payments, and light bookkeeping. You'll also promote service agreements, schedule equipment estimates, and tackle administrative tasks with professionalism and a calm demeanor, even when handling challenging situations.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with technology and software, including Microsoft Excel
  • Punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and always on time
  • Excellent at following up and seeing requests or projects through to completion
  • Coachable and curious about the plumbing and HVAC industry with a natural desire to learn new things
  • A sense of urgency, impeccable follow-through skills, great attention to detail, and highly organized
  • A calm personality and the ability to diplomatically interact with challenging customers
  • A self-starter who quickly finishes tasks

Preferred but not required:
  • Outbounding experience
  • Experience working with a plumbing, HVAC, or another trade company
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan software
