Associates degree in the field of computer science and/or a minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow required.

Certification in ServiceNow or equivalent experience required.

Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Developer position is part of the ServiceNow group in the Information Technology department. The Developer's role is to build and support the organization's applications specifically on the ServiceNow platform. This includes designing, building, and implementing new applications; integrating apps with back-end databases and performing day-to-day administration of the organization's ServiceNow application portfolio.

Develops, codes, installs, tests, debugs, and documents applications.

Works on development projects related to ServiceNow

Participates in setting organizational development strategy.

Identifies, recommend, and prioritize new features and applications in conjunction with business leaders and department managers.

Develops and communicate application/site usage and security policies.

Diagnoses and troubleshoot problems with existing applications and sites.

Ensures security of all web sites and related applications.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
