Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Clients Workers' Compensation practice. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a key role in representing clients in workers' compensation cases, providing exceptional legal services, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, including hearings, trials, and appeals
โ€ข Conduct thorough investigations of claims, gather evidence, and prepare cases for litigation
โ€ข Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other documents in workers' compensation cases
โ€ข Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes on behalf of clients
โ€ข Provide exceptional client service, including regular communication and updates on case progress
โ€ข Stay up-to-date on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations
โ€ข Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve firm goals and objectives
Requirements:
