We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of legal support experience who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to attorneys, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents

· Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, depositions, hearings, and client appointments

· Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and correspondence

· Electronic filings and document management

· Maintain accurate records, deadlines, and task lists to ensure timely completion of assignments


Qualifications:

· 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal support role

· Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and administrative procedures

· Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

· High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn case management software

· Ability to work independently while supporting a team of attorneys
