Job description

About the Job
At Front Row, we partner with leading brands to accelerate their ecommerce growth. We leverage our capabilities and proprietary technology to design, market, distribute, and scale brands globally. We're continually cultivating deep functional expertise while retaining top-tier talent - sharing knowledge, unlocking efficiencies, and approaching every aspect of our clients' businesses from a true 360° perspective.
We provide every client with hands-on support, specialized knowledge, and early access to emerging opportunities - enabling them to win in today's most competitive commerce landscape. Across all six of our capabilities, we strive to be first movers on what's next.
We thrive on the exchange of energy between brands and audiences - and you should too. Our mission is to expand both market share and heart share, because we believe every transaction has the potential to be transformational.
Leveraging data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and deep expertise across marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop - as well as DTC and retail ecosystems - we craft strategies tailored to each brand while protecting pricing integrity and channel strategy across every stage of growth.
The Role
Front Row Group is seeking a highly strategic and entrepreneurial Manager to support our DTC Partnerships to lead the vision, development, and expansion of affiliate as a core growth channel across our portfolio of leading beauty and lifestyle brands.
This role goes beyond Amazon. While Amazon will remain a critical pillar, you will be responsible for defining and building a holistic affiliate ecosystem that spans DTC, marketplaces, and traditional retail partners - establishing affiliate as a full-funnel, cross-channel growth engine for our clients.
You will act as both a strategic leader and builder, responsible for shaping our affiliate offering, driving innovation, and scaling programs across multiple commerce environments. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how Front Row approaches affiliate marketing as a capability and to elevate it into a key differentiator for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Vision & Program Leadership
  • Own and define the affiliate strategy roadmap across Amazon, DTC, and retail channels, positioning affiliate as a core lever in client growth strategies.
  • Build and scale multi-channel affiliate programs from the ground up, expanding beyond Amazon into DTC platforms, retail affiliate programs (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Target), and emerging commerce ecosystems.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across affiliate channels and develop scalable frameworks for expansion across the client portfolio.
  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and operational standards to support consistent execution and growth across brands.

Strategic Client Leadership
  • Serve as a senior strategic lead to clients, translating affiliate opportunities into broader business impact and long-term growth plans.
  • Partner with brand leads and executive stakeholders to align affiliate strategy with overarching business objectives, including revenue growth, channel mix, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead high-level performance reviews, presenting insights, forward-looking strategies, and investment recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

Growth, Innovation & Performance
  • Drive innovation across affiliates by testing and scaling new models, including creator commerce, retail media integrations, publisher partnerships, and paid affiliate strategies.
  • Oversee performance across all affiliate channels, ensuring programs are optimized for incrementality, profitability, and long-term scalability.
  • Develop forecasting models and investment frameworks to guide client decision-making and budget allocation.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize partner mix across creators, publishers, networks, and retail affiliates to maximize impact.

Cross-Functional & Organizational Impact
  • Partner cross-functionally with performance marketing, ecommerce, marketplace, and retail teams to integrate affiliate into broader omnichannel strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal product and tech teams to evolve tracking, attribution, and reporting capabilities, particularly across fragmented affiliate ecosystems.
  • Act as an internal thought leader, educating teams and contributing to the evolution of Front Row's affiliate capability and go-to-market positioning.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, helping build internal expertise and scalability within the affiliate function.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on program strategy and ownership.
  • Deep expertise in the Amazon Associates and Influencer ecosystem, with demonstrated experience expanding beyond Amazon into DTC and/or retail affiliate programs.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs across multiple channels, with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and ecosystems (Impact, Rakuten, etc) and evolving affiliate commerce trends.
  • Highly analytical with experience in forecasting, incrementality analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into action.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new capabilities and scaling them across an organization.

Benefits

  • PTO
  • Summer Fridays
  • Wellness and commuter benefits
  • Work with a fun, consultative team of experts
  • Headquartered in SoHo, New York City with offices in San Diego, Hamburg and Bratislava
