About the role: 

We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly-motivated Associate, Affiliate to help manage and grow ShopMy's affiliate network and agency relationships. This role is focused on program growth, relationship management, and strategic support across our affiliate network and agency partnerships.

From maintaining network and agency relationships to supporting rate negotiations and identifying growth opportunities, you'll play a key role in driving affiliate growth across ShopMy's network and agency partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to grow within the affiliate and creator marketing space, with a path toward owning your own portfolio.

Your Impact in the Role:

  • Support the management and growth of assigned affiliate networks and agency relationships, including regular check-ins and reporting
  • Own brand relationships for smaller accounts, including onboarding and rate increase requests
  • Assist with rate negotiations, program updates, and partnership expansion across affiliate networks, including maintaining commission rates and disclaimers
  • Coordinate execution of Paid Placements, from asset collection through go-live and post-placement reporting
  • Partner with team members to identify upsell opportunities and support strategic account planning
