As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kathleen Alexander - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships and serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve our customers' lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
