About the Position:
The CDS Account Representative position is suited for an extremely motivated and high-energy negotiator and relationship builder. This position is demanding, and a successful candidate must adopt a true ownership mindset with current and potential CDS clients and enjoy multitasking in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills are essential, both over the phone and in person. Completing all required tasks using discretion and independent judgment, accurately, timely, and with attention to detail is imperative. Unlimited Commission earning potential!
Essential functions of CDS Account Rep (HQ) Position:
  • Generate leads and sales by identifying new potential business opportunities.
  • Data entry to ensure accurate documentation of CDS client relationships and transactions.
  • Meet with team leaders and CDS Management regarding the status of individual CDS client accounts.
  • Process sales orders for CDS clients.

Education and experience:
  • High School Diploma, associate's degree preferred
  • Previous retail or customer service skills preferred.
  • Proven administrative skills with at least 2+ years of working experience.
  • Automotive industry experience a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish, verbal and written, a plus.

Compensation: $18.75 per hour, plus commission
