Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing community. This is a temporary position to provide front desk coverage and support our residents, families, visitors, and staff.

As the first point of contact for our community, the ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.

  • Maintain the front desk and lobby area in a clean and organized manner.

  • Assist with mail distribution, deliveries, and other office duties as assigned.

  • Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
