Job Description

We are hiring experienced** **Forklift Operators to support both warehouse and production operations in a clean manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity with a consistent 12-hour schedule.

Schedule (2-2-3 Rotation – 12 Hour Shifts):

  • Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm
  • Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am (+10% differential)
  • Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days (rotating, includes weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklift and material handling equipment
  • Load, unload, and transport materials throughout facility
  • Stage materials to support production lines
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory
  • Ensure safe handling and secure loads
  • Support packaging, labeling, and palletizing
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S)
  • Follow safety procedures and GMP standards

Requirements:

  • Forklift certification required
  • Experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3)
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs with or without accommodation
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • English required for safety and training
