Location: Tucson AZ (Remote - might need to come to office for 3 to 4 days of month)

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept and implementation.
  • Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections.
  • Deploy Saviynt Identity Governance workflows / connectors to meet customer requirements.
  • Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructure.
  • Managing implementation teams, hands on development, when necessary, customization of existing workflows.
  • Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing.
  • Assist operations team as required, coordinate with product engineering team.
  • Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
  • Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept, and implementation.
  • Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections.
  • Provide technical oversight and direction to mid-level and junior Engineers.
  • Hire, Train, and Groom top talent to be experts in Saviynt technology and IAM in general.
  • Interact/coordinate with customers as required.

Profile:

  • Strong grasp on IGA concepts, architectural practice, and advisory experience (Identity Lifecycle, Roles, SOD, workflow development, birthright access, privilege access etc.)
  • Completed at least 2-5 implementations.
  • Application, data and infrastructure governance, experience with legacy on-premises or modern cloud IGA offerings
  • Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IGA
    • Auditing, Reporting, and user activity Monitoring
    • Access Certification
  • Understanding of cloud security concepts

Experience integrating with:

  • ITSM ticketing tools (Jira / SNOW)
  • HRMS (ADP / Workday/SuccessFactors)
  • Java/J2EE and strong SQL knowledge
  • Knowledge of Web Services (REST, JSON, SCIM, SOAP), Directories, etc.
  • Role Mining and implementing RBAC/ABAC
  • Experience in configuring custom reports and dashboards.
  • Should have good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries.
  • Experience with the web technologies such as XML, SPML, SOAP/REST, web/app servers
  • Saviynt implementation and support experience is a must.
  • Experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting, Batch Jobs
  • Technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Use case design, Solution Requirements Specification, and mapping business requirements to technical requirements (Traceability Matrix).
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Worked in client facing role.
  • Knowledge on any PAM and SSO tool is desirable.
