Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide exceptional home health services throughout the Quincy, MA area.

What You'll Do


As a Home Care COTA, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide individualized occupational therapy services in patients' homes.


Responsibilities include:


  • Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence with daily living activities
  • Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
