Our client has an opening for a Web Analyst in Dallas, Texas. This important role will be responsible for providing digital analysis related to the digital property portfolio in the web, mobile and social channels. The goal- execute the client's desired digital strategies in support of the mission to save lives.
The web analyst will be able to combine web analytics, reporting, and business insights to discover consumer experience drivers and strategic optimization efforts. You will assist the Vice President of Digital Solutions in recommending new strategies and tactics where needed.
Job Description
In this role, the analyst will engage in the design, organization, analysis, and distribution of web marketing data in order to track key performance indicators, success metrics, apply web best practices, helping executing their new web engagement strategy, consulting with web property owners and executing projects as directed across the organizational web portfolio. Some of the other responsibilities include:
  • Data analysis and reporting, problem solving, and others as needed in support of the association's overarching strategies to reduce death and disability due to coronary disease and stroke.
  • Analyzes digital functionality, metrics and data to serve the needs of organizational digital portfolio and execute digital strategies. Including but not limited to web traffic, SEO, user behavior, email marketing statistics, and social media trends. Performs digital portfolio analysis of external non-profit organizations as needed.
  • Collect data to create performance benchmarks and deliver broad strategy recommendations based on cross-client trend analysis. Extract core insights from data and performance to develop optimization strategies across tactics.
  • Use analysis to turn data into business intelligence, making recommendations and identify approaches to improve the organization's digital portfolio.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience with web analytics administration, solution implementations, metrics analysis and an understanding of web marketing and analytics best practices.
  • Deep analytics tool knowledge that includes Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Webtrends, Coremetrics, and other platforms as needed.
  • Experience integrating and analyzing diverse data sets, including but not limited to email, Salesforce.com, marketing automation, social, search, media data, etc.
  • This is a business facing role which requires interaction with business users as well as business technology staff.
  • Proven ability to lead small to medium sized technical initiatives to implement needed enhancements to our digital properties
  • Superior quantitative and analytical capabilities with a diverse array of analytical tools and methodologies to drive actionable business recommendations
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports for a variety of stakeholders
  • At least 2 years' experience working in web analytics
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
