Customer Experience

Front Counter Operations

  • Answer phones and help schedule appointments
  • Learn and follow our proven call-handling systems
  • Assist with shop workflow coordination
  • Maintain a clean, professional front office
Training & Development

  • Learn Velocitys structured communication and sales process
  • Develop confidence speaking with customers
  • Assist in presenting inspections and recommendations
  • Progress toward managing your own customers
