Duties

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics using factory-level and advanced telemetry diagnostic tools to identify complex issues accurately across all vehicle systems.
  • Conduct precise repairs and bespoke maintenance on high-performance vehicles, including internal combustion engines, hybrid/EV powertrains, dual-clutch transmissions, and advanced electrical systems.
  • Utilize factory schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve intricate mechanical and electronic problems effectively.
  • Calibrate, repair, or replace specialized components, including powertrain parts, advanced suspension systems, precision wheel alignments, and ADAS sensors to ensure optimal track and road performance.
  • Safely and efficiently operate specialized automotive tooling, precision instruments, and workshop equipment.
  • Conduct rigorous vehicle inspections, factory-scheduled maintenance, and performance testing to uphold Ferrari’s exacting safety and quality standards.
  • Document detailed, meticulous service records and ensure all work complies strictly with manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Exotic or Premium Brand Experience: Proven experience at an authorized Ferrari dealership or an extensive background with high-performance/exotic automotive brands.
  • Advanced Diagnostics: Deep proficiency in high-end automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting utilizing Ferrari-specific or advanced telemetry diagnostic equipment.
  • Complex Systems Mastery: Master-level knowledge of sophisticated electrical systems, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) calibration, and precise vehicle maintenance procedures.
  • Powertrain & Performance Expertise: Hands-on experience with high-revving internal combustion engines, modern hybrid/EV powertrains, dual-clutch transmissions, and precision alignment procedures.
  • Technical Literacy: Exceptional ability to interpret complex technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and factory service manuals accurately.
  • Attention to Detail & Craftsmanship: A meticulous approach to mechanical work, structural components, and advanced materials (carbon fiber, aluminum alloys) common in supercar manufacturing.
  • Client & Team Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with Service Advisors and ensure a flawless ownership experience for clients.
