Reports To: Director of Property Management / Operations Manager

About the Role

Are you passionate about hospitality, luxury accommodations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Thousand Hills Vacation Property Management Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused VIP Property Care Inspector to oversee the quality, presentation, and readiness of our luxury vacation rentals, including upscale condos, cabins, and lodges throughout the Branson area. This role is responsible for ensuring our premier properties consistently exceed the expectations of both our VIP owners and guests.

The VIP Property Care Inspector serves as the eyes and ears of the company, conducting thorough inspections, identifying maintenance concerns, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring every property meets Thousand Hills' luxury standards before guest arrival.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed inspections of luxury condos, cabins, and lodges before and after guest stays.
  • Ensure properties meet Thousand Hills' cleanliness, presentation, safety, and quality standards.
  • Verify all amenities, appliances, furnishings, dรฉcor, and guest essentials are fully stocked, functional, and guest-ready.
  • Identify and document maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, and safety concerns.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of property issues.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on completed housekeeping and maintenance work.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with VIP property owners through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owner concerns regarding property condition and upkeep.
  • Monitor property appearance and recommend enhancements that improve owner satisfaction and guest experience.
  • Complete detailed inspection reports, photos, and documentation using company software and mobile applications.
  • Conduct periodic property audits to ensure compliance with company standards and owner expectations.
  • Assist with special projects, owner visits, and VIP guest accommodations as needed.
  • Respond professionally and efficiently to urgent property concerns when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, vacation rental management, property management, housekeeping supervision, hotel operations, or luxury guest services preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify issues others may overlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, inspection software, and reporting systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and perform inspections in various weather conditions.
