Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Leasing & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This key role is responsible for showing rental properties to prospective tenants, coordinating maintenance requests and repairs, and serving as a central communication point for both owners and tenants. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Compensation:

$45,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective tenants
  • Process rental applications and assist in leasing documentation
  • Manage incoming maintenance requests from tenants
  • Coordinate with vendors and technicians for timely repairs
  • Follow up on open maintenance items and ensure resolution
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software
  • Communicate with property owners regarding updates, approvals, and ongoing property needs
  • Serve as a liaison between tenants, vendors, and property owners
  • Support the leasing and property management team with day-to-day operations

Qualifications:
