Founded in 1991, Property Management Associates (PMA) is a full-service Property Management Company located in Los Angeles, California. We specialize in commercial (office, retail, industrial, medical) and residential property management, apartments for rent in Los Angeles and greater LA County, and commercial real estate for lease. This combined with our professional property management services makes PMA one of the largest property management companies in Southern California.

Property Management Associates seeking a full-time onsite Property Manager to oversee 4 properties totaling 141 units in Northridge, North Hollywood and Van Nuys. This role includes a free 2-bedroom apartment.

Compensation

  • $24-$26.00 per hour
  • Free 2-bedroom apartment
  • $300.00 Auto Allowance/ month
  • $25.00 Cell Allowance /month

Job Requirements Include:

  • A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience
  • Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
  • Conduct unit inspections, Property inspections and upkeep
  • Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management
  • Market, conduct tours and lease apartments
  • Conduct competitive market rent analysis reporting

Job Requirements Include:

  • Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors.
  • Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
  • Must live on-site.
  • One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed.
  • Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
  • A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
