Property Manager - Baltimore, MD
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including tenant screening, lease management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, all while maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction. 
Key responsibilities
Tenant Management:
    1. Screening potential tenants through background checks and credit reports 
    2. Negotiating lease agreements and ensuring compliance with rental terms 
    3. Collecting rent payments on time and managing late rent collections 
    4. Addressing tenant complaints and concerns promptly 
    5. Handling tenant turnover, including move-in and move-out inspections 
Property Maintenance:
    1. Conducting regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs 
    2. Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors 
    3. Overseeing emergency repairs and addressing urgent issues 
    4. Managing preventative maintenance schedules
