Job Overview:
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including vendor management, marketing, leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident relations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and demonstrates exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
โ€ข Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
โ€ข Oversee leasing activities and ensure timely rent collection
โ€ข Manage deposit accounting, accounts payable, and financial reporting
โ€ข Foster positive resident relations and respond promptly to inquiries
โ€ข Lead hiring, training, and supervision of property staff

Requirements:
