LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Currently holds an active state issued LPN license.
  • CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
  • Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
  • Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency

· Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.

· Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.

· Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
