Job description

A wonderful returning BAHS client is seeking a temporary full-time travel nanny to provide additional support during an upcoming trip to New York City.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nanny who enjoys taking initiative and providing confident, hands-on support. The family is seeking a professional, proactive, and flexible nanny who is comfortable stepping into a dynamic household, supporting daily routines, and helping maintain a smooth, organized environment.

The assignment will begin in Chicago and include travel to New York City from September 9–13. The family is open to both local and nationwide candidates. Accommodations will be provided.

The schedule will generally be 8:00 AM–7:00 PM daily, with flexibility based on the family's needs. The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and happy to assist wherever needed, whether that means childcare, meal preparation, household support, or helping manage the overall flow of the day.


  • Provide attentive, engaging care for two young children.
  • Support daily routines including meals, activities, outings, naps, and transitions.
  • Plan and engage children in active, developmentally appropriate play.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
  • Complete children's laundry and maintain organization of children's belongings and spaces.
