Job description

To oversee and assist in the on/off loading of passengers of all tramways, lifts or tows.Duties Performed: (Not limited to) Assume responsible charge of the tramway, lift or tow. Assign and supervise all attendants on your tramway, lift or tow. Maintain an operational log book

Maintain orderly passenger traffic conditions within your area. Advise and assist passengers as required. Advise Shift Supervisor of any condition or occurrence which adversely affects safety and operation.

Any and all work directed by the Lift Manager/Shift Supervisor. Greet guest in a friendly manner, provide excellent customer service and share general knowledge of ski area. .
