Your responsibilities will include:ย 

  • Responsible for overall supervision, planning,ย controlling,ย and coordination of all activities of the assigned outlet.ย 
  • Monitor and supervise service flow in the assigned outlet.ย 
  • Ensure food & beverage brand standards areย maintained.ย 
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.ย 
  • Assistย in achieving financial targetsย byย maximizing revenue and managing expenses and productivity.ย 
  • Performance management of all restaurant colleagues through constant communication, training, development, and follow-up.ย 
  • Inspects establishment andย observesย workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and local liquor regulations.ย 
  • Ensure staffย comply withย guest check procedures, cashย handling,ย and accounting procedures.ย

What We Needย 

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college, university, or degree from culinary institute; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hospitality degree preferred.ย 
  • Two years of experience in Food & Beverage Supervisory role management with a strong knowledge of restaurant operation preferred.ย 
  • Previousย hotel restaurantย experiencesย preferred.ย 
  • Experienceย maintainingย inventory, ordering, and scheduling preferred.ย 
  • Work weekends & holidays on a flexible schedule.ย 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.ย 
  • Work with minimal supervision.ย ย 
  • Accurate cash handling.ย 
  • Ability toย writeย reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.ย 
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructionsย furnishedย in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.ย 
  • Must have or be able to obtain within the introductory period a TAPS card and Food Handlers Card.
