Are you passionate about cars and looking to join a reputable auto repair and tire shop? Petty's Tire & Auto Center is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team in Washington, NJ. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles and provide top-notch automotive services to our clients. Join us in our mission to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with our customers.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform automotive maintenance and repair services
  • Conduct quality control inspections on vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair brake systems, suspensions, and electrical systems
  • Provide service advising to customers on necessary repairs
  • Perform fleet maintenance on commercial vehicles

Required Skills:

  • Experience with oil changing, general repair, and preventive maintenance
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, heating ventilation & air conditioning, and welding
  • Ability to use hand tools and conduct inspections
