Training Director

Chick-fil-A Crocker Park is seeking developed leaders to support the business by communicating, training, and coaching all employees on Chick-fil-A’s procedures and policies. The Training Director will oversee the initial and reoccurring training of employees in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture in either the front or back of the house. The Training Director is in constant communication with the leadership team and franchisee.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates knowledge of Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
  • Develops employees through a training program and coaching
  • Works with the leadership team to develop the team while creating a positive work culture
  • Works with the leadership team to revise training plan based on the needs of the business
  • Completes recurring training with current employees for continual development
  • Tracks and communicates employee development with monthly evaluations to the leadership team
  • Complete understanding of key positions in either the front or back of the restaurant
  • Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties


Position type

  • Full-time pay range (32 hours or more per week): Starting at $18 per hour
  • Pay rates are based on employee availability.
