# Personal Training Director at Fitometry Health ClubWe are an innovative health club looking for a dynamic Personal Training Director to manage our program and assist clients in reaching their fitness objectives. We are seeking an individual who is looking to take their coaching career to the next level as our Personal Training Manager. If you have the needed experience and a passion for fitness, we are looking for you!Responsibilities:* Manage, train & develop personal training staff.* Maintain records and provide feedback for personal training staff.* Monitor personal trainer certifications to ensure all are current.* Track member satisfaction* Educate personal training staff to the highest level to obtain goals and drive sales.* Perform duties of a Personal Trainer including training clients* Provide gym tours for new and prospective gym members.* Ensure PTs are scheduling clients, properly servicing them, recording notes in the system as required.* Follow up with and manage leads.* report monthly participation and performance statistics to the GM* Market and promote group fitness inside and outside club’s membership base* Collaborate with colleagues in the spirit of outstanding customer service, collaboration, and communication* Attends staff meetings and any other meetings as required* Sell additional gym programs to members and work with membership coordinators to assess a member's history* Support the Front desk and floor* Assist with maintenance of facility* Train PT clientsQUALIFICATIONS* Current nationally recognized personal training certification: NASM, ACE, AFAA, or ACSM, CFSC, NSCA* At least 3 years’ experience working as a personal trainer* At least 2 years’ experience as a manager* Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications a plus* Superior customer service skills* Highly dependable and prompt* Excellent communication skills* Able to work varied shifts, including days and evenings* Able to motivate and inspire clients* Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, and bend for the duration of a shift* Must enjoy working in a team environment* Experience as a group exercise instructor/manager a plusCompensation: Salary+ Commission + Bonus= $60k-$98k #J-18808-Ljbffr
