The Role: What You'll Do
As an MA Trainer, you are the bridge between a new hire's first day and their long-term success.
  • Lead onboarding for new clinical staff, teaching our specific rooming, charting, and EMR processes.
  • Perform and teach advanced skills including X-rays, wound care (sutures/staples), and specialized casting/bracing.
  • We provide specialized training for you on custom casting, molding for braces, and diabetic shoeing-expanding your own professional toolkit!
  • Act as a key resource for the site leadership, ensuring the back office runs efficiently and supporting the front office team when needed.

What We're Looking For
  • You have at least 6 months - 1 year of experience in a lead, supervisory, or training capacity.
  • You are highly proficient in EMR systems, chart prep, and the patient flow process.
  • You are a team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats-from back-office expert to assisting at the front desk.
  • MA Certification or Diploma is preferred.
