Automotive Service Assistant

The Automotive Service Assistant supports the daily operations of the service department by providing administrative, clerical, and operational assistance to Service Advisors, technicians, and management. This role helps maintain an organized and efficient service environment while ensuring accurate documentation, appointment scheduling, and departmental support. This position also serves as an excellent entry point for individuals interested in developing the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to advance into a Service Advisor role in the future.

โ€ข Prepare and maintain repair orders and service department documentation.

โ€ข Verify customer and vehicle information and ensure records are accurate.

โ€ข Assist with opening and closing service repair orders.

โ€ข File, scan, and organize service-related documents.
