Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with a specialization in Infection Control to join our team at Woodward Hills. The ADON Infection Control will be responsible for overseeing and implementing infection control protocols to ensure the health and safety of our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential infection control issues
  • Educate staff on proper infection control practices and provide ongoing training
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and public health agencies to address outbreaks and communicable diseases
