The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations, financial administration, tenant relations, and vendor coordination across assigned assets. This role is designed for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to grow into a leadership role within commercial real estate operations. Tenant Experience & Service

  • Support tenant communications and day-to-day relationship management
  • Ensure all tenant requests are handled promptly, professionally, and with full follow-through
  • Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and coordination activities
  • Support tenant engagement initiatives and on-site events Financial Administration

Financial Administration

  • Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting
  • Process invoices, coding, and approvals in accordance with established procedures
