Assistant Property Manager

Overview
We’re looking for a driven and organized Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations and help keep our community running smoothly. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working closely with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, maintain resident satisfaction, and hit financial goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily property operations, leasing, and resident relations
  • Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and financial reporting
  • Help maintain accurate records, lease files, and property data
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring property performance
  • Respond to resident concerns and help ensure a high level of customer service
  • Support marketing and leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancy
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist with invoice processing
  • Help oversee unit turns and ensure apartments are move-in ready
  • Conduct property walks to maintain community standards and identify issues
  • Assist with scheduling and supporting on-site team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing laws

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
